| Motor fails to start | 1. Check the motor 2. Check the circuit for improper connection |

| Motor negative rotating | Change the connection of 3 phases | |
| Motor running without 3 phases | Correct the connection | |
| The lowering valve is open | Release “down” switch, check the LED on the valve is on or not: 1. If the LED is off: Maybe that the valve element can’t back to the proper place. Clean the valve to make sure that the valve element can act smoothly. Change the valve if necessary. If the trouble on the valve has been eliminated, the platform still can’t be elevated, there may be something wrong with other parts, please check them carefully. 2. If the LED is on: There must be something wrong with the electric circuit, check it carefully and eliminate the problems. |

| The pressure of relief valve is low | Adjust the pressure to a proper level | |
| The hydraulic fluid is not enough | Add the hydraulic fluid when the platform is fully lowered | |
| The filter of pump is plugged | Open the reservoir and clean the filter | |
| Leak of the suction pipe of the pump | 1. Check if the suction pipe is broken or not, replace it if necessary 2. Ensure that the connection between the pipe and the pump is in a good station |

| The platform can’t be lowered |
The lowering valve doesn’t work | Press “down” switch, check the LED on the valve is on or not: 1. If the LED is off: There must be something wrong with the electric circuit, check it carefully and eliminate the problems. 2. If the LED is on: Maybe that the valve element can’t act because of being plugged. Clean the valve to make sure that the valve element can act smoothly. Change the valve if necessary. If the trouble on the valve has been eliminated, the platform still can’t be lowered, there may be something wrong with other parts, please check them carefully. |
| The throttle valve is completely closed | Adjust the flow of the throttle valve to a proper level | |
| The platform drops slowly |
Leak of the check valve | Clean the dirty on the sealing surface of the check valve Replace the valve if necessary |
| Leak of the lowering valve | The valve element can’t back to the original position, clean the valve to keep it in a good condition | |
| Leak of the hydraulic cylinder | Replace the seals of the cylinder |
